The contract was recently awarded to Booth and Sons Construction, and construction of the Clore Center Vineyard Pavilion  (formerly known as Outdoor Event Facility (OEF)) began October 1, 2010 and was completed May 2011.

The Vineyard Pavilion provides a small, satellite building that enables the Clore Center to host events on-site before the larger, main building is constructed as well as when the main building is complete.

Components of the Vineyard Pavilion include limited indoor and outdoor seating, a catering kitchen, restrooms and storage.
