  • Autumn Cider Pairing

    Celebrate harvest with a delicious dinner that explores the possibilities of cider. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Andy prepares each course, and enjoy a variety of delicious ciders throughout the meal. Registration is $45 per person, seating is limited. Registration closes Monday, November 10th.

  • Blind Tasting- Riesling

  • Hands-on Sushi Class

    Join Chef Andy from Castle Catering for a hands-on experience in the art of Sushi! Learn to make a variety of rolls, and take home your very own sushi mat. Registration is very limited. February 18th, 6pm-9pm Walter Clore Center       Each participant will make: California Roll Spicy Tuna Roll Death by Tuna Roll Ahi Negiri Registration is $85 per person. Class includes all materials and selected wine pours to compliment the sushi.

  • Little Chefs Gingerbread House

    Enjoy a little holiday cheer at the Clore Center! You’ll be provided with the materials to make your own graham cracker gingerbread house, and then Jenn from Junebug’s Bakery will guide you through decorating your festive creation! Suitable for little chefs of all ages, kids 10 and younger will need to partner with an adult. Warm cider and hot chocolate will be available complimentary for the kiddos, and hard cider will be available for purchase for the adults! Sunday, December 21st 2pm Tickets are $30 each and include supplies for one house. Seating is limited.    

  • Thanksgiving Sequel

    With Thanksgiving right around the corner, plan ahead for how to make the most of all those leftovers. Chef Kristin will demonstrate some creative ways to use your turkey day favorites, paired with wines from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA…it’s Thanksgiving, The Sequel! Sunday, November 16th 2pm (after the Seahawks game) $45 per person

  • UnWined October 10th

    UnWined is back again for a fall edition! Join us for an evening of wine, music, and food during Catch the Crush festivities. Friday, October 10th 6pm – 9pm $10 cover, wine and food from Garcia’s Tex Mex available for purchase. Register online for quicker check in, or pay at the door.
