History Through the Vines

A special evening to celebrate 40 years of harvests and to savor how far we've come. Join us as five industry pioneers share their stories, memories, and milestones while you savor a four course meal and wine pairing. If you attended last year's History Through the Vines, you know it is a magical evening not to be missed.

This annual event was inspired by, and is in partnership with Eric Degerman and Andy Perdue of Great Northwest Wine.

Welcome Splash – Chinook Sauvignon Blanc

A sip of soup - Beet Gazpacho
goat cheese mousse, rye toast, pistachio, arugula

Second course - Savory Pear Salad
red wine pear, baby kale, hazelnut, gorgonzola
paired with Bainbridge Island Madeleine Angevine 

Third course - Italian Porchetta
Braised greens, roasted potato, jus
paired with Barnard Griffin Forty 

Fourth course - Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta
raspberry gelee, candied orange, shortbread
